
1. 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of bluberries, and sliced almonds
2. 1 cup cottage cheese (low sodium, fat-free) and chopped apple, dash of cinnamon and sliced almonds
3. 2 boiled eggs and whole wheat toast
4. 1 scoop of protein powder, peanut butter, large banana, ice and blend!
